The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a contract to Vald Group, LLC to provide Vald Performance Licenses; Nordbord, Force Frame and Force Decks. Vald Group LLC., is the only authorized vendor to provide this specialized equipment systems.
The items will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 -
Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). The Justification and Approval will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System
(NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339920 - Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 employees.
This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFQ or an obligation on the part of the Government. The
Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to Vald Group, LLC., 12108 South BLVD, STE 115 Charlotte, NC 28203-5098 (CAGE 8D8G7). This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
