SPE601-18-R-0310 Tobyhanna Liquid Nitrogen Questions & Answers

1. Industry Question: What is the lowest pressure relief valve?

Government Response: 125 PSIG relief valve.

2. Industry Question: What are the pad dimensions (L x W x D)?

Government Response: The existing pad is approximately 9”X15”X12”

Thick, Contractor shall field verify before installation. (Tank location photographs provided for reference only).

3. Industry Question: Do you have a preference of a 900G (3,406L) OR 1,500G

(5,677L)?

Government Response: No preference on size, we believe we need at least a

3000 liters to minimize the delivery frequency, however it can be as large as will be accommodated by existing pad size.

4. Industry Question: Is there a likelihood of the monthly/ annual usage increasing over the award Term of the agreement? If so, do you have a percent?

Government Response: The increased usage percent is truly unknown. The current workload is an anticipated 500 gallons per month (Two (2) test cycles per week).
