3 FUN CRI General Security Compliance pass the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP). Examples of items required to pass DIACAP may include, but are not limited to: • For non CAC card users, support for DoD password requirements of a case sensitive 8+ character mix of upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, and special characters, including at least one of each (e.g., emPagd2!).• Support a logon warning banner (e.g. This is a DoD system….) via the portal functions• Support a login audit trail, failed login count, and locking of user id’s.• At a minimum support foreign national ID setups with a two character country code suffix. An edit check verifying a suffix for a foreign national would be preferred.• At a minimum support contract user ID setups with a ‘CTR’ suffix (e.g. JohnSmith-CTR). An edit check verifying a suffix for a contractor would be preferred.• The SIS vendor should have an internal CERT incident handling process to support DoD/DAU identified issues.
