(17) Place of Contract Performance: The majority of the work under this contract will be performed at the Defense Agency Initiative PMO location in the Washington, D.C. metro area. (18) Set-aside Status: Unrestricted.
Synopsis:
The Defense Logistics Agency’s objective is to obtain support to assist Defense Agencies to implement DAI. Critical support areas include implementation planning and management, providing process solutions, acceptance testing leveraging to the DAI Global Model, Agency Workforce Preparation (WFP), Agency Information Technology (IT) infrastructure preparation, and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance.
DLA requires this service to implement a compliant business solution with common business processes and data standards for the following business functions within budget execution: Acquire to Retire (A2R); Cost Accounting (CA); Time and Labor (T&L); Procure to Pay (P2P); Order to Cash (O2C); Budget to Report (B2R); Time and Attendance; Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), User Management; Order to Fulfill; Governance Risk and Compliance; Grants Accounting; and Re-sales Accounting.
The Government anticipates issuance of contract utilizing firm fixed price and cost-plus-incentive-fee contract type, utilizing procedures in FAR Part 15.
The resultant contract will have an effective base period of performance of 12-Months, with three 12-Month option periods and an optional 3-Month Transition-Out period. Solicitation SP4701-18-R-0046 is expected to be issued in October 2018 with an expected closing date in November 2018.
