4” x 2” - Ultra High Frequency (UHF) RFID Labels for Uniform Marking for Shipment and Storage RFID Component:

These pressure-sensitive labels include an integrated RFID inlay (integrated chip and antenna) specifically configured for the identified RFID printer hardware: Zebra R110-R170Xi Plus printers. When peeled from the release liner, the RFID inlay must be on the adhesive side of the pressure sensitive label.

Inlay Specifications:

· Chip: Impinj Monza 2 (collectively exhibits range, interference rejection, and orientation insensitivity for reliable tag reads)

· AD-222 Antenna Dimension : 3.74” (94.9 mm) x .310” (7.9 mm)

· Antenna material: Aluminum (recycling-friendly)

· Antenna position in label: .906” +/- .012 (23mm +/- 3 mm) from lead edge of label (top-of-form)

· Chip orientation: Chip First ( chip is in “leading position towards lead edge of label)

· Inlay substrate material and thickness [microns]: Heat-Treated PET, 2 mils [51]:

· Total Thickness over chip (typical) [microns]: 11.5 mils [279]
