SOYBEAN MEAL STATEMENT OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS
Procure Soybean Meal according to the following specifications:
Period of Performance: High Protein Soybean Meal is to be available for delivery to BARC for one (1) calendar year from date of contract award.
Specifications: Minimum protein content to be 47.0%
Required Delivery: Soybean Meal will be delivered to USDA, in bulk, in specified quantities up to 24 tons by bottom unloading or dump trailers. Vendor must be no more than 200 miles from Beltsville, Md 20705.
Loads will be delivered approximately every 30-45 days throughout the contract term.
Load deliveries will be arranged by Rodney Stambaugh or Mark Rill via phone or email.
Load pickup by USDA may be arranged in certain circumstances.
