STATEMENT OF WORK

1.0 Summary of Service: Bus Service in support of USS CARL VINSON, CVN 70, R20993

Quantity: 29 (40+ Passenger Buses), Total Number of Hours: 2,726 / Hours

2.0 Place of Performance: Naval Base Guam

3.0 Period of Performance: 11 November 2021 through 16 November 2021 (local dates and times)

4.0 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT/MATERIAL/SERVICES: N/A

5.0 CONTRACTOR FURNISHED EQUIPMENT/MATERIAL/SERVICES: N/A

6.0 NOTES: N/A

7.0 QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: N/A

8.0 STATEMENT OF WORK/ REQUIREMENTS

8.1 The contractor shall perform the following:

a. Provide clean and serviceable vehicles.

b. Provide driver and bus information to LSR to secure Base Passes.

c. All buses must be clean and safe running condition with fully functioning Air-condition.

d. Provide bus replacement within one hour of notification if case of vehicle breakdown.

e. No Physical Interaction with Military (sailors).

8.2 Delivery/Bus Schedule/Hours:

a. All Buses to be on station prior to start time of schedule.

b. Number of Buses: 29.

c. Total number of Hours in Schedule: 2,726.

d. Bus Drivers will be required to provide their own N95 Masks and Gloves.
