1. Provide and install two new panels, one for trolley and one for auxiliary hoist.
1. Upgrade/Replace contactors and wiring for other crane functions or replace with new panels depending on which is more economical. NEMA rated contactors mounted in NEMA 1 Indoor enclosures for all crane functions (Bridge, Trolley, Main and Aux Hoists). Ensure new controls provide the same range of controls as are no present (four functions, 5 speeds, etc). Upgrade/Replace contactors and wiring. The power source to which the crane is 250 VDC. However, the equipment shall be tolerant enough of line fluctuations to operate normally at source voltages ranging from 225 to 275 VDC.
1. Provide and install new resistors and all associated wiring and conduits as needed.
1. Ensure that the current bridge brake system (GH506 Electro-Hydraulic) will work with the new controls.
1. Install ARC Suppressors on all coils of all functions.

0. Provide a “turn-key, all inclusive” integration and installation of a complete digital radio remote-control system to permit full control of an existing 250 VDC bridge crane from a portable wireless transmitter. Provide a “fail-safe” designed system so that the failure of any component or loss of signal will cause all crane motors to stop. The system shall permit complete, independent and simultaneous operation of all crane functions. Crane must remain operational from the existing cab when the radio remote control system is not in use, and vice versa.
