STORAGE PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATION

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

1.0 BACKGROUND

The requiring activity is the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Unmanned & Expeditionary Weapon Systems Division (NSWCDD Code H) Weapon Control Hardware (NSWCDD Code H44), Battle Management Systems (BMS) program. BMS requires Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard installation of the VidmarLista storage systems.

2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS

2.1 Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Specifications;

2.2 Materials List (attached); and

2.3 Center for Disease Control (CDC) Guidelines

3.0 REQUIREMENTS

3.1 The contractor shall provide all materials identified in the attached Materials List.

3.2 The contractor shall provide proper installation of all

VidmarLista systems in the predetermined area specified by the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) identified below.

3.3 The contractor shall supply all tooling and machinery required for installation of the systems in accordance with (IAW) OEM specifications.

3.4 The contractor shall inspect all units ensuring factory quality prior to installation.

3.5 The contractor shall review builds with the TPOC to ensure installation meets OEM specifications.

3.6 All contractor personnel shall maintain social distancing and wear a facemask at all times while onsite at the NSWCDD base until notified otherwise by the government.

3.7 The contractor shall clean up any resulting debris as a direct result of the installation process.

3.8 The contractor shall coordinate with the TPOC identified below to coordinate all work to complete this effort.

4.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The contractor shall complete the installation within ninety (90) days of receipt of the order.

6.0 SECURITY

The work to be performed under this contract is unclassified.

7.0 TRAVEL

The contractor will be required to travel in performance of this contract. The number of trips and types of personnel traveling shall be limited to the minimum required to accomplish work requirements and shall be coordinated with the technical point of contact. All travel shall be conducted in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). The following travel is anticipated:
