Office of Diversity & Inclusion (ODI)
Statement of Work
I. Project Title: NSF Civil Rights Case Management System
II. Period of Performance: Date of Award through 60 days
III. Background or Overview (Describe in detail the project or task objectives and requirements. Describe the desired end results without telling the contractor “how to” achieve the desired results.)
NSF requires commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) case management software and modules in support of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. ODI is currently leveraging dated manual processes that are inflexible and time-consuming, impeding ongoing efforts to efficiently comply with Federal Regulations involving:
a) The promotion of equal opportunity and awardee compliance; as well as
b) Complex Civil rights cases. The entellitrak Civil Rights solution organizes the management of all these elements.
IV. Scope of Work, and Acceptance Criteria
(a). (Describe in detail what work the Contractor will perform. Identify all tasks, work elements and objectives of the SOW, and timeline for completion of the major elements of the project.)
In addition to the integrated software solution, Professional Services hours will be required to configure the overall solution so it is acceptable to the subject matter experts that use the system.
The products needed include:
• entellitrak Civil Rights case management platform
• entellitrak Report Builder and Help Module
• entellitrak efile Module
• Project management, requirements analysis, and implementation services to deliver the required software
(b). Acceptance Criteria – (Describe the document(s) to be used by NSF to determine acceptance of the services and/or deliverables provided under the SOW.)
The product needs to efficiently capture case and investigation data from multiple sources through
• a secure, web-based interface (Internal User Portal)
• efile (External User Portal)
