Statement of Work for the Purchase of: FY22 PMA-276 H-1 IBM DOORS Support Renewal

PSA Background: The PMA-276 H-1 IDE leverages IBM DOORs software to track trouble reports and manage change management in a singular repo.

Product Description: The H-1 IDE uses the software application IBM® DOORS® as a requirements management application for optimizing requirements communication, collaboration and verification of the mission software throughout the SSA. This scalable solution manages project scope and cost. DOORS provides the ability to capture, trace, analyze and manage changes to information while maintaining compliance to regulations and standards.

IBM DOORS is a FAM/DADMS approved COTS application that was selected based on a business case analysis and a competition process involving the identification and validation of specific functional and technical requirements. DOORS has already been purchased and is installed on our networks; this procurement effort is simply to purchase annual maintenance for DOORS as it is currently installed.

Period of Performance: The existing IBM® DOORS® license support will expire 30 June 2023, so this new procurement will be from 01 July 2023 through 30 June 2024.

Items to be purchased: We are requesting to purchase annual maintenance for the IBM® DOORS® licenses that are already set up on our networks. There will be no physical deliverables with this order; merely confirmation that this maintenance has been funded.
