MEMORANDUM FOR Record
SUBJECT: Scope of Work for Contract Palm Coast Food Contract
1. The following outlines the scope of work requested for the feeding contract during 1-265th ADA Annual Training (14 April 2024 – 19 April 2024).
2. Meals are requested for the below quantities, dates, and times:
a. Meal Type: Breakfast
b. Dates: 15 April – 20 April (6 days)
c. Number of Personnel: 305
d. Delivery Location: 100 Fin Way, Palm Coast FL, 32164
e. Delivery Times: 0630-0700 daily.

d. Delivery Location: 100 Fin Way, Palm Coast FL, 32164
e. Delivery Times: 1630-1700 daily .
3. Vender must be located within 20 miles of the Palm Coast Readiness Center and operate out of a brick-and-mortar restaurant. Non-local small businesses operating out of a leased kitchen/facility will not be accepted.
4. Meals must include a healthy portion consisting of a balance from different food groups, such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats and must contain, at a minimum, a main course, two sides, dessert, salad, and several drink options.
