1. BACKGROUND: Purchase and Installation of Ion Chromatograph/MS

System

Describe current (baseline) condition: NA (new equipment that has not been purchased or received yet)

2. SCOPE: Purchase and installation of Dionex Ion Chromatography

System 6000 (NEW).

3. DELIVERABLE ITEMS: Delivery and installation by a manufacturer representative of the Thermo Fisher Dionex Ion Chromatography System

6000 that includes a pumping system, DC detector, autosampler, eluent generator, computer system, ISQ™ EC Single Quadrupole Mass

Spectrometer, AXP-MS auxiliary pump, and nitrogen generator.

7. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: Contractor personnel must be a US citizen, with proof of citizenship document, and will require access to PSNS&IMF controlled industrial area (White or Green security badge). Originator determines if a Department Of Defense Contract Security Classification

Specification (DD254) is required.
