DCAA Defense Reutilization Marketing Office (DRMO) Disposition Services Oklahoma Sub-Office Sources Sought Notice

1. DISCLAIMER: This sources sought notification is for planning purposes only and is not a request for proposal (RFP), invitation for bid (IFB), or an obligation on the part of the government to acquire any services. Responses to this source sought are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. The government will determine if/how to proceed based on the results of this notice. Vendors that respond to this notice should not expect to receive feedback regarding submissions. The government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the expense of the responding party. The information provided in this notice is subject to change and is not binding on the government.

2. LOCATION: See the attached DRAFT statement of work (SOW) for complete details.

3. OBJECTIVE: The Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) Central Region has a requirement for moving and disposal services for the Oklahoma Office.

4. SCOPE OF WORK: The Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) Western Region has a requirement for the Oklahoma Sub Office, 215 Dean A McGee Ave Suite 331 Oklahoma City, OK. This office will require the excessing of furniture to include, but not limited to, workstations, private offices, task, guest, training, conference, and break room chairs, conference, training and breakroom tables and storage solutions. Moving Services for disposal of DoD excess at a designated Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). Vendors must be located within a 50-mile radius of the performance location and travel will not be separately funded.

5. DESCRIPTION OF INFORMATION REQUESTED: All potential sources with the same or similar service capability as outlined above must provide a capability statement that includes the following information:

a. Vendor name

b. GSA contract number

c. Other government-wide contracts/numbers

d. Socioeconomic status(es)

e. CAGE code

f. UEI number

g. Size of business relative to NAICS code

h. Mailing address

i. Name, telephone number, and email address for primary point of contact (POC) with the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with government representatives and can verify the demonstrated capabilities.

j. Any questions or clarification requests regarding the requirement.

6. SUBMISSIONS. Any information provided by industry to the government as a result of this sources sought is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. As a reminder, no entitlements to payment of any direct or indirect costs or charges to the government will arise as a result of submission of responses or the government’s use of such information. The information obtained from industry responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and a future RFQ if applicable. The limit for all responses is five (5) pages single-sided in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format with a maximum of 12-point font on an 8.5 x 11 page with margins of 1”. The page count is inclusive of any cover page, executive summary, and table of contents.

7. RESPONSES. Vendors should submit their response through email to Derek Willis at derek.willis@dla.mil with “Sources Sought - DCAA DRMO Oklahoma” in the subject line. Responses must be sent by 9:00 AM EDT on June 27, 2023. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure the email was received and is viewable.
