COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION

SMARTRACK RFID ASSET TRACKER SYSTEM
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be posted to the beta.SAM.gov web-site as a Total Small Business Set Aside.
The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, & FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334118, Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
The Government intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed-Price contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05 effective 30 March 2020, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DPN 20190430 effective 02 May 2020 and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement AFAC 2019-1001 effective 03 October 2019.

SMARTRACK RFID ASSET TRACKING SYSTEM for Building 34 One (1) Server System with Six (6) Window Client System - price to include ALL RFID Solutions, Accessories and Services, including but not limited to, materials, equipment, labor, shipping, direct and indirect costs, and travel required to provide a complete SmarTrack RFID Asset Tracking System. Include a detailed price breakdown using Attachment 1.

Per FAR Subpart 4.1102, offerors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time an offer is submitted. Failure to do so will result in the offer being deemed ineligible for award.
