2) Contract Award # AID-669-C-16-00004
USAID/Liberia is herein providing notice of Award under RFP # SOL-669-15-000018 to Cardno
Emerging Markets USA, Ltd, for a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) – Firm Fixed Price (FFP)
Contract for the amount of $ 24,594,971.41.
The purpose of this contract is for the Contractor to support the government of Liberia to construct, operationalize and implement sustainable routine maintenance systems while piloting alternative low volume sealed road construction techniques through research & development type interventions. This contract will also provide construction oversight to already designed roads as a part of USAID/Liberia overall Farm to Market Road Rehabilitation Program
(F2MRR) while providing capacity building to local construction firms, public sector engineers/planners and community based groups to implement routine maintenance programs in
Liberia.
The contractor is to provide all resources necessary to provide construction and technical services (labor, materials, equipment, and services) necessary to complete the Feeder Roads
Alternative and Maintenance Program (FRAMP) Project as further described in Sections C and J of the solicitation.
