About this file

This document provides evaluation criteria for a proposal to update software for the HC-130J Lightweight Airborne Recovery System. Technical proposals will be evaluated based on three subfactors: describing the process for updating and delivering software to address requirements; describing the software development plan, version plan, acceptance test plan, and user manual updates; and describing planned documentation updates to technical orders, flight manuals, training, and other materials. Proposals must receive an "acceptable" rating for each subfactor and meet a development and delivery schedule of 12 months after award to be considered awardable. The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for the HC-130J LARS Software Upgrade from the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base.
