SECTION 4
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Selection and award will be made to that offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government (See FAR 2.101, Best Value), with consideration given to the factors of: technical merit, price, and delivery. Offers must provide adequate information (for example, product & catalog literature; specifications sheets) to allow the Government to determine technical merit.
Failure to submit additional information could result in failure to receive award.
