About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Maryland State Board of Elections (SBE) seeking information about Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) solutions to support Authority to Operate, Risk Management Framework, and Cyber Security Framework requirements. The SBE is looking for a scalable, user-friendly, and secure GRC platform that provides robust integration, streamlines compliance and authorization, offers centralized risk management, enhanced reporting, audit readiness, and policy management. Responses must be emailed to whitney.leroux@maryland.gov by February 14, 2025, at 2:00 pm. Vendors may be invited to make presentations and demonstrations of their solutions.
Respondents must provide detailed information about their company location, solution specifications, security features, platform details, flexibility for updates, training and documentation offerings, and administration capabilities. The RFI requires vendors to submit non-binding cost estimates for yearly terms to assist with procurement timeline planning. The SBE currently uses a combination of manual processes and tools for managing GRC, noting that current methods create inefficiencies and potential compliance gaps. This RFI is intended to gather information for a future formal solicitation.
