About this file
This is a Statement of Work for NASA Ames Research Center's procurement of a Stancil Voice Logging Recorder system. The requirement involves the purchase and integration of one Stancil SLR Next Generation Voice Logging Recorder configured with 50 channels of SIP capability in a 2U extreme chassis (Part #47050). The system specifications include a single DVD drive with dual 6TB hard drives, built-in FIFO remote access for instant conversation retrieval, a graphic user interface, multiple password-protected security levels, and search functionality by date, time, channel, dialed digits, reference fields, and memos. The recorder operates on Windows 2022 SERVER with Microsoft .NET Framework, features dual power supplies, and is field expandable to 356 channels in single-channel increments. The unit includes a one-year warranty covering all parts and labor with return-to-factory service.
The contractor must deliver the voice logging recorder, provide installation and training services, and arrange shipping to NASA Ames Research Center's N255 Logistics Warehouse in Moffett Field, California, with the point of contact identified as Jonathan Reyes for MMOC. The delivery lead time is 20 days after receipt of order. All equipment must meet UL, FCC, BABT, and CSA approvals for power and telco direct line interface authorization. The system's non-proprietary, standards-based hardware architecture enables open integration with NASA's Mission Next Generation Voice System upgrade to the Aviation Systems Division.
