STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Objective/Requirements Worldwide Machine Tool has the capability to manufacture components that replace functionality of the Lathe that is currently in the 4755 test stand. NASA Environmental Control and Life Support Systems (ECLSS) has interest in creating a functional duplicate with upgrades that fit into our current footprint.

2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs

The contractor shall perform the following duties:

• Complete the manufacturing of New Clausing Lathe C22 Geared Head Gap Bed

Head.

• Ensure that the stock material used to make the components is the correct series and grade.

• Validate that the dimensions and tolerance are within the specifications on the respective drawing instructions.

• Complete manufacturing in a timely manner to support the test stand.

3. Place of Performance

Worldwide Machine Tool located at 9000 Cotter St Lewis Center, Ohio 43035.

4. Period of Performance Manufacturing shall be performed from the earliest applicable date through March 31, 2025.
