About this file

This is a Scope of Work document for RFQ 26-87376 issued by the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) for a warehouse management system (WMS) to support resource distribution and inventory management in coordination with the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS), CDC, and ASPR/HHS grant requirements. The system must provide cloud-based functionality with access for local health departments (LHDs) and health care coalitions (HCCs) to track and report district and county inventory levels, enable real-time ordering capabilities, and improve IDOH's ability to service local healthcare partners. The WMS must include three primary functional areas: inventory control with ASN file import capability, pick list and shipping label generation, mobile device scanning functionality, automatic restock alerts, expiration notifications, and searchable transaction registers; asset management with comparable features; and technical support operations. No specific quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder conferences, award dates, or contract terms are identified in this scope document.

The document contains no information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, current system environment, funding requirements, or sources of funding. The support requirements specify that on-call technical support is preferred, though a 24-hour response time would be acceptable, with provisions for data recovery assistance during catastrophic failure or disaster situations and system backups at multiple application levels.
