About this file

The document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) 25-053 from Ottawa County, Michigan, seeking proposals for a boiler replacement project for the Facilities Maintenance department. The RFP includes three key attachments (A, B, and C) that vendors must complete: a cover sheet for proposal, vendor references, and a proposal response document. Vendors are required to provide detailed information about their experience, qualifications, warranty and product information, licenses, and a comprehensive breakdown of proposed costs.

The RFP requires vendors to submit a standalone proposal that addresses four main areas: (1) organizational experience and qualifications, including years in the industry and subcontractor usage, (2) detailed warranty and product specification information, (3) relevant company and worker licenses, and (4) a detailed cost breakdown identifying expenses for major components such as demolition, equipment installation, controls integration, and testing/commissioning. The document emphasizes the need for clear, concise responses and includes provisions for vendor certifications, including non-collusion affirmation and compliance with economic sanctions regulations.
