| 2 | Please confirm the work hours for the work inside the tunnel. | Refer to specification Section 01 00 00, 1.6.G.3 and 4 and Sheet G003. Phases IA, B, C and D are to be completed during weekends from Friday 10:pm to Monday morning 5:30 am or weekdays from 10 pm to 5:30 am. Staff and patient access must be maintained Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm. The remaining tunnel phases can be performed during daytime hours. |
| 3 | What permits are anticipated for this project? Have these permits been applied for? When are these permits scheduled to be issued? | The activities to perform the repairs and improvements per bid documents are exempt of permits. |
| 4 | Please clarify if a superintendent can be a triple hat to cover the requirements of SSHO and QA/QC? | Specification require separate rolls. Refer to spcification Section 01 00 00, 1.7.C: The SSHO is a seperate qualified individual from the Prime Contractor's Superintendent or Quality Control Manager. Refer to specification Section 01 45 00, 3.1.A: the Superintendent is the highest level manager on site responible for construction activities inclusive of quality and production: 3.2.B.1, the CQC Systems Manager reports to the Superintendent. |
