Portable 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine Arm

1.0. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS
Portable 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) arm with inspection accessories for the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) Innovation Center.
1.1. ACCESSORIES AND SPECIFICATIONS
Portable CMM arm must meet the following specifications and possess the following capabilities:
• 7 Axis Arm o Minimum reach 2.5m o Accuracy of .018mm o Precision of .026 mm o Operational environment
50°F-100°F 5%-90% Humidity (non-condensing)
• Certified according to ISO 10360-12
• Probe kit including but not limited to straight 4mm & 6mm tip, and 45° stylus with 6mm tip
• Quick release Blue Laser scanning probe attachment capable of non-tactile measurement, maintain accuracy of at least ±.001 inches.
• Quick release Structured white light scanning attachment capable of non-tactile measurement of large parts.
• Base plate for mounting Arm either magnetic or vacuum
• Battery to allow for portable use of measuring arm and scanners.
• Rotary table to rotate part during measurement with a 150 lb capacity
• High end control module laptop with sufficient video card/memory/processor to run associated software. Specifications to include but are not limited to the following o Windows 10 o 64GB RAM o NVIDIA graphics card 16GB GPU VRAM or equivalent o Quad core CPU minimum clock speed 3.0 GHz o 500 GB HD solidstate
• 1 license of Geomagic Suite (Design X, Control X) software loaded on control module, license should be a dongle license.
1.2. CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS
1.2.1. Delivery
The contractor shall deliver the equipment to the following address located at Hill Air Force Base:

1.2.2. Training and Installation:
The system must be installed by qualified factory trained service engineer(s). Basic operation and instrument service/maintenance training, for a minimum of 4 operators, must be provided by the installing engineer upon completion of installation.
All labor, food, travel and accommodation expenses for the service engineer(s) and applications specialist(s) shall be included in proposal.
1.2.3. Warranty
The contractor shall provide a minimum 1 year warranty which warrants all products provided under this contract, under normal use, free from defects in materials and workmanship and that system will perform its design function for a period of no less than one (1) year. Warranty period to start from date of final acceptance of each installed unit/system. Any defects in materials or workmanship or failure of any product or component to perform its designed function during the warranty period shall be fixed by the contactor at no additional cost to the government. Warranty shall include the cost(s) of, parts, shipping, labor and any travel related expenses.
