About this file
This document is a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Notice of Intended Decision to Enter into a Single Source Contract for sign materials. The contract involves procuring sheeting for roadway sign fabrication from 3M Company, specifically non-perforated, reflective Type 1 sheeting in 24", 30", 36", and 48" sizes by 50 yards, with pressure sensitive adhesive backing in yellow and white colors. The intended contract has an internal tracking number DOT-SS-25-9066-DG and is posted on 04.28.2025 at 8:00 A.M. EST.
The total contract value is $36,000.00, and the justification for single source procurement is that FDOT currently has an existing contract with 3M Company that includes a digital copier and warranty on sheeting. 3M is deemed the sole vendor capable of providing the necessary sign materials compatible with their digital copier. The contract is initiated by the Maintenance Office, specifically requested by Renee Matthews, and the procurement contact is Destyne Grayson from FDOT's procurement division located in Tallahassee, Florida.
