Project Statement of Work VA Project: 540-20-119

Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center

1 Medical Center Drive

Clarksburg, West Virginia, 26301

Alternate 1:

o Contractor to provide alternate bid price for moving outdoor condensing unit to new location over MRI trailer roof. Bid price to include all labor, material and equipment to complete work as stated.

o Work to be completed includes, but is not limited to, the following:

▪ Re-route electrical power from existing location to new location on MRI roof.

▪ Demolition of all refrigerant piping associated with existing outdoor unit.

▪ Patching roof penetrations from demolished outdoor unit refrigerant piping.

▪ Roof work, curbing and supports on MRI trailer for installation of new unit.

▪ Exterior wall penetrations and masonry work for new refrigerant piping run and electrical wiring from indoor unit to outdoor unit.

• Penetration shall be water and air-tight.

▪ Unit shall be installed in accessible location for maintenance
