About this file
This is a presentation script for the South Carolina Judicial Branch (SCJB) Website Phase 1 redesign project. The document outlines the required format and content structure for vendor presentations, which are limited to a maximum of 1.5 hours including a 30-minute question and answer session. Vendors must address company background and qualifications, key design considerations including ADA compliance and SEO, and provide three customer references with supporting website examples. The presentation must cover five primary deliverables: a user-focused analysis of current website content with stakeholder input, identification and documentation of business features and functional requirements, recommendations for new website content organization, graphic design mockups for homepage and interior page, and client-side code development for the new user interface. Vendors are also required to present a proposed project timeline with clarification of SCJB expectations for successful completion.
The presentation script explicitly excludes certain topics from vendor discussions, specifically content management system selection, content migration activities, content creation responsibilities, and server-side development efforts. This indicates the project scope focuses on design, user experience strategy, and front-end development rather than backend infrastructure or content handling. No information regarding pricing terms, contract duration, award dates, site visits, or bidder conferences is provided in this document.
