Fort Story Kiosk Concept Performance Requirements Summary (PRS)

Scope of Work. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, labor to include, but not limited to, maintenance, tools, parts, materials, lubricants, supplies, facilities/buildings and/or other items and services to perform and maintain the equipment in proper operating condition. Remove and dispose of government identified grab and go areas, and refrigeration units in accordance with Department of the Army and Fort Story disposition instructions. Install new food service equipment and millwork accordance with equipment listing and technical exhibits provided. The Contractor shall also provide supervision over all services necessary to perform repairs, replacements, modifications, maintenance, installation, and removal of food service equipment (to include food service support equipment, refrigeration equipment), minor plumbing, and electrical support to ensure proper operation and service, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as specified by the Government.

Culinary Outpost Kiosk Defined: Conversion of existing traditional DFAC to leverage existing facility location for Fast casual operations, provides quick prepare Ala Carte. The Kiosk provides Grab-N-Go nutritional items, menu of packaged fresh foods, fruits, and beverages. This concept includes refrigerated merchandisers, racks, microwave ovens, and a beverage station. The Kiosk Concept is a self-service area to support grab-n-go foods refrigerated, freezer and ambient equipment, service area millwork, automated headcount stations and ordering system, no in dining requirement, service provided on disposables.

Contractor will be provided opportunity to review (Industry Day) facility based on coordination thru Contracting agency.

Contractor is encouraged to incorporate existing equipment into design concept to decrease cost.

Below concept is only a reference Contractor is encouraged to develop individual design concepts for the Governments consideration.
