PURCHASE DESCRIPTION
FOR
FUSION 360 CAM SOFTWARE
October 16, 2023

1.0 DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS
The RAPID Innovation Center at Hill AFB, UT has a need for CAM control software to run an advanced hybrid polymer 3D printer. The 3D printer will extrude material and have 5-axis milling capability.
2.0 SOFTWARE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The contractor shall provide the latest version of software that meets the following requirements:
Fusion 360
· Subscription for at least three (3) years
· Compatible with Windows 10 or newer
· Fully Integrated CAD/CAM/CAE Cloud Software Platform
· CAD Fully integrated Parametric Modeling
· CAM up to 5 axis Positional Milling and Advanced Turning
· HSMWorks Ultimate for Integrated CAM inside Solidworks
3.0 REQUIRED SUPPORT
The following support shall also be included for at least three (3) years:
· Support & Installation Help
· Software Maintenance and Updates
4.0 POST PROCESSOR
The contractor shall provide a Fusion 360 Hybrid Additive Post Processor compatible with a Titan Atlas 5HS. This effort is not developing the post processor. The post processor shall already be developed and deliverable within 30 days of contract award.
5.0 FAMILIARIZATION
The contractor shall provide 18 hours of familiarization at Hill AFB, UT, or surround area within 15 miles, on the Fusion 360 software.
