SaaS Questions and Answers

General Questions o Who is the incumbent for this Contract? A: Cision inc.

o What is the current total contract amount covering these Requirements? A: $103,990 o What is the total amount covering for the latest Period of Performance? A: We can’t disclose that information o Please confirm that quotes in response are due September 26th 2016 at 3:00 PM EST?

There is a conflicting time on page 33, section 4.3 Instructions to Offerors. A: Yes quotes are due today September 26, 2016 at 3pm eastern time

Attachment A – Statement of Work o 2.3.2 – Press Release Distribution

Can you please clarify the definition of “press releases” here and how it differs to “press releases” as outlined in 2.3.4? It is our understanding that “Press releases” in 2.3.2 can be commonly referred to as Wire Releases, which have been known by commercial names such as PRWeb or PRNewswire or

Marketwired. Please confirm this is the intended definition. A: The Peace Corps requires a service to send “press releases” to a selected list of journalists (we do not require national wire releases).

If so, can you please outline the desired distribution network? Will it be

National Press Release (up to 25 per month)? A: The Peace Corps does not require national wire releases.

o 2.3.3 – On Demand Media Monitoring

Will there be a need to monitor or measure previous media coverage from prior to the start of the contract? A: Please refer to the SOW. Offerors must meet the minimum technical requirements of the SOW.

Will there be any need to disseminate media coverage internally in the form of an email roundup or daily news clips email generated by the Program office?

A: Please refer to the SOW. Offerors must meet the minimum technical requirements of the SOW.

o 2.3.6 – User Slots

We notice there is a requirement for at least two users to be logged in simultaneously. Our services are priced by total number of users being given access to log in to the platform, and all users are simultaneous by default. How many total individuals will need access to the system? A: the Peace Corps anticipates that at least 15 individuals have access to the system.

o 2.4 – Deliverables

Please confirm that the Invoice will be an annual invoice to cover the entire

Period of Performance for the requirements. A: Peace Corps may consider including clause 52.232-16 Progress Payments if requested by the successful

Offeror.
