P17PS02385: Visitor Center Accessibility and Repairs at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge

- Gateway National Recreation Area, Brooklyn, NY

This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR Subpart 19. The

NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Industrial Building

Construction with a Small Business Size Standard is $36.5 Million. The period of performance shall commence within ten (10) calendar of the Notice to Proceed. The performance should be completed within three hundred(300)calendar days after the

Notice to Proceed is issued.

The order of magnitude for this project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000.

All offerors must establish and/or maintain an active registration and have up to date representations and certifications at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.

Note: Bid, performance and payment bonds and a certificate of insurance are required.
