10. THE GOVERNMENT REQUIRES PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THESE DOCUMENTS (Title, identifying no., date)

Replace/rebuild second story deck on Swissmont hotel building in Stehekin WA.

Request for Quotations #P16PS00200 is for the demolition and replacement of the hotel's second floor deck, including steel pipe and tube railing systems, and construction of a new shed roof over a portion of the west elevation, as described in the attached Statement of Work and drawings. The total (existing and reconstructed) deck is approximately 72 feet long, with six rooms opening onto it.

Construction must be completed by April 29, 2016. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, insurance, bonds, travel expenses, etc. to complete the project.

SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on January 11, 2016, at 12:30 pm. Attendance at the site visit is strongly encouraged so that prospective quoters gain a good understanding of the logistical challenges of this site.

DETAILS: This is a best value procurement set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.5. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million, average annual gross receipts for the past three years. All work will be performed under a single firm-fixed-price construction contract subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. In accordance with FAR

36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and
