You may submit offers on any or all jurisdictions. Separate contracts may be awarded to one company for more than one jurisdiction. It is anticipated that there may be more than one contract award.
Submit separate offers for each of the three jurisdictions (DC, MD, and VA).

Base Year 2015/2016 Part I: RATES FOR U.S. PARK POLICE DIRECTED SERVICES
The following rates shall apply for the duration of the base year.

B. U.S. PARK POLICE DIRECTION RELOCATIONS IN EXCESS OF (1) ONE

Towed from NPS location to another or to specified repair facility in the Immediate area of District of Columbia:
(1) Mileage rate for towing vehicles up to 8,500 lbs MILE $________
(2) Mileage tow truck rate for towing vehicles in excess of 8,500 lbs. MILE $________
(3) Rate for flat bed carrier MILE $________
C. PROVIDE OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION
(1) Stand-by towing service during the hours of 0700 - 0900 and 1600 - 1830. HOUR $________
(2) Waiting time for special events. HOUR $________
(3) Stand-by towing service for emergencies. HOUR $________
(4) Indicate the charge for cancelled service after the vehicle has arrived at the scene. EACH $________

A. SERVICE RATE SCHEDULE (Not applicable to NPS-USPP owned vehicles).
FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE
SCHEDULE AT THE RATES SHOWN:
NOTE THAT A MAXIMUN ALLOWABLE DAILY RATE FOR STORAGE
HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED BY THE GOVERNMENT. THE STORAGE
RATE SHOWN BELOW CANNOT EXCEED $35.00 PER DAY FOR THE
BASE PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT.
(1) Contractors’ facility storage charges to be charged to the owner of the vehicle, inclusive of all fees, per vehicle, per calendar day, for the Base Period.
