About this file
This is a Notice to Vendors issued by the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) regarding an Enterprise Term License procurement for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC software. SCDOT is seeking three bona fide responsive and responsible written quotes for per-user licenses with a 12-month contract term. The contract period runs from June 29, 2023, through June 28, 2024. The procurement is being advertised through the South Carolina Certified Business Opportunities (SCBO) system to solicit competitive quotes from qualified vendors.
Vendors who previously submitted quotes in response to SCDOT's Request for Informal Quote are not required to respond to this advertisement unless they are unable to honor the pricing previously quoted. Jon Baysden, Procurement Officer/Manager, is the identified contact for this procurement. The notice indicates this is a straightforward licensing acquisition with no mention of renewal options, set-asides, or special funding requirements beyond the standard per-user licensing model for the Adobe product.
