Specifications for UV frequency Doublers:

1. Input Wavelength: 560.7 nm +/- 0.1 nm Input Power: 140 – 300 mW @ 560.7 nm Input Beam: fiber coupled, 405PM optical fiber FC/APC, 3.3 μm MFD Input linewidth: < 100 kHz Output Power: > 10 mW @ 280.4 nm with 200 mW input power @ 560.7 nm Output Mode: Collimated Cavity lock bandwidth: > 20 kHz Other specifications:

· Includes all necessary optics and electronics for input coupling and locking to the resonant doubling cavity

· 19” rack mounted rack-mounted control electronics

· Pound-Drever-Hall lock

· Temperature control for the non-linear optical crystal

· Non-linear optical crystal antireflection coated

· Air-sealed doubling cavity with a port for purging entire cavity volume

· Alignment of cavity and doubling crystal from outside (without breaking the seal)

· 10 mW output at 140 mW input specified on a best-effort basis

· Frequency doubler will be installed in a temperature controlled (dT<+/- 0.5 C) laboratory environment

· Long-term (> 6 months) stability of frequency doubling efficiency without the need to realign the cavity or move the doubling crystal specified on a best-effort basis

2. Input Wavelength: 534.8 nm +/- 0.1 nm Input Power: 40 – 100 mW @ 534.8 nm Input Beam: fiber coupled, 405PM optical fiber, 3.3 μm MFD Input linewidth: < 100 kHz Output Power: > 1 mW @ 267.4 nm with 40 mW input power @ 534.8 nm Cavity lock bandwidth: > 20 kHz Other specifications:
