The Government will be responsible for moving locked containers to and from the designated destruction/shredding location site. The Contractor shall ensure the security of all waste material until it is successfully destroyed. Destruction of all waste material must be in such a manner as to guarantee that the material can never be reconstructed back to its original form. The Contractor shall leave the service loading areas in a clean and orderly condition at each shredding site. The Government shall not be held responsible for damage to the Contractor’s equipment. The Government shall ensure a representative at every destruction evolution is present to ensure above parameters are met.
3.2
The Contractor shall have the ability to bill for and report on the total volume of materials collected for destruction and not by the number of containers brought to the service area which may be partially filled.
4. MATERIAL TO BE DESTROYED AND RECYCLED
4.1
The Contractor shall ensure that all eligible documents and records are recycled.
4.2
Document-type material will include mixed size documents varying in type, weight, size, color and the
