N64267-16-T-0246 Questions and Answers # 2

Question # 1 - Is there a pixel pitch requirement for the LED tiles?

Answer # 1 – 3.9mm minimum

Question # 2 - Is TAA (Trade Agreement Act) compliance required for the LED tiles?

Answer # 2 – Please see solicitation.

Questions # 3 - Please confirm that CLIN 0002- (Hanging Brackets) is the necessary mount required for the entire LED Video Display Wall System.

Answer # 3 – Due to the existing infrastructure configuration, the tiles shall be mounted from a government provided beam that will be attached to existing infrastructure. The tiles shall hang from one another starting from this beam.

Questions # 4 – Please confirm that there is no labor required for CLIN 0001, 0002, and 0003 and that this solicitation if for hardware only.

Answer # 4 – Section C, 4.0 Additional Information states “This requirement is only for the LED

Display(s), there is no installation service attributed to this.

Questions # 5 - Please confirm that there is no on-site support required by the awarded vendor?

Answer # 5 – See Question # 4

Question # 6 - Delivery date as outlined on the RFP documents is 30 days ADC. Depending on the LED tile that is chosen a longer delivery date may be required. Please confirm if this is acceptable.

Answer # 6 – Solicitation has been updated to incorporate 70 Days after award.

Question # 7 - Regarding the above listed RFQ at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, I noted that there is no installation included. Due to the technical nature of this project, a certified, qualified installation should be part of this package to ensure proper installation and to verify eligibility for warranty protection. Do you have in house certified installers for this project?

Answer # 7 - No on-site support required. No warranty beyond manufacturer-provided warranty is required on this solicitation.
