CONTRACTOR QUESTION:

On page 66 of the RFP, Factor 1 paragraph 1) states the following, “The Offeror’s Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair. Offeror’s that do not hold an MSRA must submit the information requested in paragraph 2 to demonstrate sufficient Management capabilities.

Or

2) A narrative that demonstrates the management and organizational capabilities necessary to have completed at least two (2) concurrent Continuous Maintenance Availability work packages.”

Bidder believes there may be a typo and Factor 1 paragraph 1) should read, “The Offeror’s Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair. Offeror’s that do not hold an MSRA, or an ABR, must submit the information requested in paragraph 2 to demonstrate sufficient Management capabilities.

Please provide clarification.

As the sentence reads, “The Offeror’s Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair,” it is meant that if they have neither, then they would provide the narrative.

The tanks will be at low suction.

3.2.8 still refers to the 4 tanks that are to be cleaned in the work item.

All tanks can be accessed at once and do not need to be completed in multiple evolutions.
