Survey to include the area from the tank top up to and including lower level deck grating. This includes foundations and bulkheads up to the same height as the deck grating.
NOTE: Perform an inspection, and provide a separate report for 'each' zone. For a listing of zones, see the MP4 Section of NAVSEA 0989-036-000 (Series), 68 Class Steam Plant Manual (SPM)
NOTE: Where as-found conditions warrant, conduct a Level 2 Inspection IAW the CCAMM (series).

C. Submit report of as-found conditions to TYCOM and enter inspection data into the Corrosion Control Information Management System (CCIMS) database located at https://ccims.dc3n.navy.mil within 3 working days of the completion of the survey.

63111 007.00 A. Conduct a Level 1 Survey of bilge structure, foundations, and coatings/anodes for corrosion protection and required repairs IAW MIP 1000/005 AP-1 (MRC G1N6) and the CCAMM (series). Survey to include the area from the tank top up to and including lower level deck grating. This includes foundations and bulkheads up to the same height as the deck grating.
NOTE: Perform an inspection, and provide a separate report for 'each' zone. For a listing of zones, see the MP4 Section of NAVSEA 0989-036-000 (Series), 68 Class Steam Plant Manual (SPM)
NOTE: Where as-found conditions warrant, conduct a Level 2 Inspection IAW the CCAMM (series).
B. Report deficiencies found and recommended repairs on OPNAV 4790/2K or Deficiency Report (DR).
