About this file

This amendment to a solicitation provides updates to the requirements for a flooring replacement project at Building 2077 aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia. The selected contractor will be responsible for removing existing tile, carpet, laminate and VCT flooring; installing new flooring materials along with new transitions and six-inch cove base; moving furniture and boxes out of work areas and back once installation is complete; and providing samples and attic stock. The contractor must commence work within 10 calendar days of receiving notice and complete all work by July 17, 2020. The amendment answers questions received from potential offerors to provide clarification such as details on existing materials, requirements for underlayment and base, availability of storage and laydown areas, and confirmation of working hours.
