Solicitation # N32205-17-R-1013 Readiness manual Questions and Answers

1. Q: We understand from the description listed for the OIC of a MILDET, that the intent is to have an understanding of the training requirements for MILDETs operating aboard MSC vessels. Can this requirement be met by a Chief of Staff/Operations Officer with experience at a command level of identifying and tracking requirements for all MILDET personnel, including the management of MILDET OIC's?

Answer: You should state in your quote the entire knowledge base of MSC Afloat plus the experience of the Chief of Staff/Operations Officer who oversaw MILDET OIC's would equal the experience of 1 MILDET OIC who served aboard an MSC ship.
