Questions for solicitation

Q 1. Can pictures, drawings, and/or sketches of the room be provided?

A. See attached drawing.

Q 2. What are the room’s dimensions (length, width, ceiling height)?

A. See attached drawing.

Q 3. What is the wall and ceiling construction (sheetrock, plaster, drop-tile, etc.)?

A. Wall sheetrock, ceiling construction drop-tile

Q 4. Where Statement of Work Section 3.1.4 describes desktop microphones, are there any specific requirements for the microphones (gooseneck, boundary, attached to table, tabletop, gooseneck length, etc.)?

A. Desktop Boundary microphone.

Q 5. Statement of Work Section 3.1.5 describes standards based VTC using a VTC Codec. Is the VTC Codec to be provided under this contract, and will it be connected to a classified government network?

A. Yes, the contractor shall provide a VTC unit and all the necessary components for a working Video Teleconferencing System. Connection is unclassified government network.

Q 6. Statement of Work Sections 3.1.3 and 3.1.6 describe a Video Production Station. Is this equipment to be installed on an existing table within the room?

A, Yes

Q 7. Is the podium referenced throughout the Statement of Work to be provided under this contract?

A. No

Q 8. Statement of Work Section 3.2 mentions a UPS in the list of miscellaneous materials. Are there any requirements for this UPS (runtime, connection to a specific existing plug type, etc.)?

A. The whole system minimum 2 hours runtime.

Q 9. Are all components required to be TAA compliant?

A. Yes
