About this file
This document provides details for a federal contract solicitation for system level cost analysis and Total Ownership Cost modeling services. The Naval Sea Systems Command is seeking proposals for cost reduction and process improvement initiatives to support major Navy acquisition programs. The solicitation will result in multiple Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity contracts with a five year ordering period to provide specialized short-term studies outlined in the Statement of Work. Awardees will then compete for individual delivery orders. The document also includes a non-exhaustive list of nineteen defense prime contractors and subcontractors, as work for these companies within the five year period may present potential organizational conflicts of interest that offerors must address in their proposals.
