About this file

This document contains an attachment to a federal solicitation notice and a related federal contract opportunity posting. The attachment provides a non-exhaustive list of 19 defense prime contractors and subcontractors that may pose potential conflicts of interest if an offeror is doing work related to the requirements of the solicitation or substantially similar work. Offerors doing such work for the listed entities within five years of award must comply with organizational conflict of interest regulations.

The federal contract opportunity is a full and open competitive solicitation from the Naval Sea Systems Command seeking system level cost analysis and Total Ownership Cost modeling support for Navy major system program strategic cost reduction and process improvement initiatives. The solicitation will result in the award of indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts to technically acceptable offerors with a five year ordering period no later than February 2019. Awardees will then compete for individual delivery orders under the IDIQ. The work is for short-term specialized studies covering areas outlined in the statement of work.
