DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there are commercially available and interested suppliers capable of performing the services pertaining to the following and as detailed in the
Specification Attachments:
Mass Notification System - Monaco
The Mass Notification System (Monaco) is proposed for brand name sole source to Monaco components.
Joint Base Andrews requires to link up with Crash Rescue Station #1 which uses the Monaco so for compatibility purposes they do not accept any other Mass Notification System vendor. The base does not allow any other type as a result this is the only acceptable system to be installed so its compatible. The project includes the requirement to provide and install the following components:
Monaco Mass Notification Panel
Smoke Detector with Sounder Base
Smoke Detector
Carbon Monoxide Detector
Strobe
Speaker
Speaker Strobe
Weatherproof Speaker
Weatherproof Speaker Strobe
Weatherproof Wall Speaker
Duct Smoke Detector
LED Scrolling Sign
Double Action Manual Pull Station
This integration requires a compatible system to be installed and Monaco Mass Notification system is the only compatible component.

A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement, for the specific items listed below, based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Reference FAR
6.302-1(c), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency
Requirements - Application for brand name descriptions."

This is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an award. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis.
It is requested that interested vendors submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 5 pages total) demonstrating the ability to provide the product with the specifications described above.
Interested Sources are invited to respond to this Source Sought by completing Attachment 1 – Company
Information and providing product technical information:
(1) Identification of the manufacturer's name, address, and country of product manufacture.
(2) Fully detailed specification sheets.
(3) Narrative addressing how your product meets the salient features listed above.
The Capabilities Statement Package shall not exceed 5 pages and shall ONLY be submitted electronically to Holly Snow at holly.r.snow.civ@us.navy.mil and MUST be limited to a 4MB attachment. You are encouraged to request a read receipt or acknowledgement via reply email.
