MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE

Solid Waste and Recycling Removal

FCI Ray Brook, Ray Brook New York

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research in compliance with Federal

Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The services will encompass the provision of solid waste and recycling removal services at the Federal Correctional Institute (FCI) Ray Brook, Ray Brook, New York in accordance to the Statement of Work (SOW). Dumpsters are located at various positions throughout the complex. It will be a requirement to provide service to each location.

The performance period will be for a base year, period from the Effective Date of Award

(EDOA) through 12 months from the EDOA, four (4) possible 12-month option periods for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the Government.

All potential quoters are advised if a solicitation is issued it will include the clause at
