16. REMARKS
BLK 2: MIL-HDBK-61 and ANSI/EIA-649 provide guidance for preparing this configuration control document. ECPs shall be submitted on DD FORM 1692.
BLK 8: Approval on technical content. The government requires 30 calendar days for review and disposition.
BLK 9: DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D.
Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only;
Administrative or Operational Use, [13 MAR 19]. Other requests shall be referred to Commander Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Supply and Maintenance Systems, 2200 Lester Street, Quantico, VA 22134
BLK 10, 12, 13: ECPs shall be submitted when a permanent change to the established baseline is required.
BLK 14: ECP text files shall be submitted electronically using MICROSOFT (.doc) or ADOBE (.pdf) formatted software products. Accompanying figures to the text files shall be in a MICROSOFT format or CCITT Group 4 graphic file. Group 4 files shall have a minimum density of 500 DPI. ECP notification shall be accomplished by email via AMRDEC SAFE website (https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/). BLK 12: The PAC is a singular event that shall be held within 30 days of contract award.
The time, date, and location/teleconference shall be arranged within 3 days of contract award. Briefing materials shall be delivered 5 days before the PAC
BLK 14: ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION REQUIRED: PAC briefing material shall be sent electronically via e-mail, or CD-ROM/DVD, or the AMRDEC SAFE website (https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/) in a MSOffice format (Word, Excel) as appropriate. See Contract Administration Data of this solicitation for distribution addresses and contact information.
All CDRLS shall be marked appropriately according to DoDM 5200.01, Vol. 1 “Marking of Classified Information” or DoDM 5200.01, Vol. 4 “Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).” Deliverables that contain For Official Use Only (FOUO) information shall be encrypted in transmission when e-mailed.
