SOW section 3 (Tasks) in 3.2.1 has a table listing sizes and service frequency. There is references 2 quart no more than 3 quart containers. Is this size correct? A 2quart container is very small. Please confirm his sizing is correct.
Answer
Amendment 0001 to the solicitation updated the size requirements. Please refer to Amendment 0001 for changes to the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

All I see are the Sharps container requirements but not the biomedical waste size containers or volume expected. what is the size of containers or volumes?
Amendment 0001 to the solicitation includes the biomedical waste container requirements.
Please refer to Amendment 0001 for changes to the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

12) Question
Section 3.2.3 was added for the contractor to provide a 20-gallon biomedical waste storage container at site 1. In addition, the contractor must provide biomedical waste grade bags for the 20-gallon container at site 1, the two 5-gallon containers at site 2, and the 10-gallon container at site 3. The description states that the storage bags shall be removed and replaced each service date.
Does Section 3.2.2 still apply?

In Section 3.2.2, does the contractor still have to provide one 3-quart or 4 quart sharps container at site 1, a 6 quart sharps container at site 2, and a 3-quart or 4 quart sharps container at site 3?
