Text version

Question. After reviewing the questions and answers present to the F/A-18 CMS effort, I respectfully request clarification to answer number 18.

The Government’s response states the following people should receive the 4% ordnance stipend, “2 CDI seat mechanics (team member/team lead) and 1 CDQAR (QASO).

Enclosure 2 of the SOW specifies 2 Seat shop CDIs and 2 CDQARs. The same enclosure indicates a separate team leader (CMS Team Leader) independent of the seat shop. Am I correct to assume the

Government’s response is intended to mean that all 4 personnel assigned to the seat shop (CDIs and

CDQARs) should receive the 4% stipend, not the CMS team leader?

Answer. No. The government intent is to indicate that both CDIs and 1 of the CDQARs in the seat shop will receive the 4% dif. As a result only 1 CDQAR will not receive the 4% diff. The CMS Team Lead will not receive the 4% diff.
